They should be paid based on how IDOC staff performs. How they treat the inmates and those who visit.

How in the hell did they get a raise when they cut 50 million out of the budget!!!
There is no action better at creating insanity in a person than trying to control something you have no control over.

Only do whatever you are willing to pay the consequences for.
