My boyfriend at the time of sentencing was 35 years old. He still at the NRC waiting to be approved for bootcamp. The problem is he's just about to turn 36 next month. Would that affect him from getting into bootcamp even if he was 35 at the time of sentencing? If so can he appeal his conviction? Any info is helpful. Thanks.
