Questions regarding good time

Does anyone know if there is a new law that if they are working they get good time they told us it was HB1053 but I cant find anything saying if he works he can get this good credit. :wc7:

Right now from what I understand each inmate has to work to get to get state pay (a big $15 a month).  Working (i.e kitchen, yard or janitor) does not qualify you for good time, unless its in prison industries which not every facility has.  An inmate can earn good time by taking program classes (Drug program) and college classes.
