Segregation visits at Dixon correctional center

Hi i was wondering if anyone knew about segregation visits at dixon cc.I went to visit my fiance 6/1 it was a regular visit then he wanted me to come on 6/5 and come to find out he was in seg so i only got to see him 1 hr behind the glass.He wanted me to go yesterday but i called first and the lady told me he used both seg visits for the month.my question is shouldn't he still have one seg visit left if the first time i visited him was a regular visit?thanks
