Looks like this bill is back on the table, at least the last status change was on Dec. 15th. It's still the same version as before though - not retroactive. If this gets passed in its current version it's totally useless to everyone already serving time... makes no sense... :wc96:

This one seems to be dead. There's SB3228 dealing with the same issue. It was filed in February but ever since end of May nothing has happened with that bill either, so I'm not sure if it could still go anywhere or if it's dead too. Problem is even if it passes it wouldn't be retroactive either, just like HB531.
