Dixon CC- Seg visits

Does anyone know if the visits for the guys in segregation is non contact? I always thought they were non contact but then the website says non contact, seg and general pop so now I'm confused. Thank you!

Seg visits are only 1 hour visits and are non contact.

 From what I understand the inmate is always shackled on seg visits
