My LO needs to find some information about what his rights are prior to pleading guilty. It's about an old case from 1979.
He is trying to look back at  that case to see if all had been handled correct back then. They are still trying to find the transcript at the courts. He has no legal help. So, would there be something available at the prison, or who could he turn to in order to get this information? I hope that someone can help us. Thanks.
