« on: May 31, 2014, 07:43:53 AM »
If somebody had no prior record and then got charged with a drug charge and could serve  a 1 year sentence could that be a 61 day sentence with the good time?

If sentenced to 1 year, it would be 6 months actually served. Minus any county time credited. An inmate MUST serve at least 61 days before SSC is even considered.
